Channel Hub: seven channels on one page

I run a channel that lives on seven platforms. Each platform has its own login, its own statistics and its own way of publishing. Channel Hub is the dashboard I built so that I would not have to jump between them.

The problem

The numbers were in seven places. To answer a simple question, for example how the follower count has moved over the last month, I had to log in everywhere and copy the numbers by hand. Publishing worked the same way: the same clip had to be uploaded several times with different text and different formats.

The solution

• One queue for publishing. A post is written once and scheduled to several platforms. That part builds on the open-source tool Postiz.
• Followers over time for every platform in the same chart, with history that can be imported.
• Statistics per video for a catalogue of more than 4,000 videos.
• Income gathered per source, where anything without an automatic connection can be entered by hand.
• A calendar for planned content and a tab with clip suggestions from the clip finder.

How it is built

Channel Hub runs on my own computer and fetches data through the platforms' official connections where they exist. Where there is no connection, as for some income, there is a simple form instead. Nothing sits with a third party, and there is no monthly cost per user.

Where it stands today

I use Channel Hub in my daily work. It is built for one user and one business, and that is exactly what makes it fast to work in: it shows only what I need.
